As a policy, we’ve made it our mandate to support charities, non-profit groups and events which drive community change.  City Transfer is pleased to offer organizations who meet our application criteria* the following operational support**:

  • FREE freight* for your charity or non-profit organization.
  • One complimentary ad in Powell River Living to market your event, fundraiser or organization. (Powell River organizations)
  • One complimentary ad in Coast Reporter to market your event, fundraiser or organization. (Lower Sunshine Coast organizations)
  • One promo piece highlighting your event or organization under News & Updates on the City Transfer website.
  • One Facebook post to acknowledge your event or organization.
  • And more….

*Criteria for selection includes evaluating that the organization:

  • demonstrates need
  • benefits the less fortunate
  • does not have paid staff

How It Works.  It’s Easy!

Step 1 – complete the ONLINE FORM

Step 2 – we will get back in touch to confirm your approval to start working together to Drive Community Change!

If your organization is approved, the procedure for booking free shipping would be as follows:

Step 1 – Book your free freight by scheduling a pick-up (as with any normal booking) by calling 310-CITY (2489) or completing the City Transfer Online Booking Form.

  • Under ‘Billing Options’ on the online form, check ‘Charity/Non-Profit’ or reference ‘Charity/Non-Profit’ for any phone bookings.

Step 2 – Wait for your delivery 🙂
